酷熱夏日,來碗冰涼的白木耳紅棗湯
炎炎夏日,無法盡情喝茶解渴的孕婦只好煮白木耳紅棗湯來喝,既能補充膠原蛋白又能解渴,一舉兩得呀
作法:
乾燥白木耳
枸杞
紅棗
(可隨自己喜好加入蓮子,黑糖或冰糖)
將白木耳泡水軟化之後,加入枸杞、紅棗和適量的水,放進電鍋,外鍋我是放約莫2杯水,就可以等著喝啦~
